If you're an Anne Arundel County resident, and meet the eligibility requirements outlined below, the AAWDC Welder Training Cohort could be your pathway to a future career in welding!
This 3 week program includes two of our comprehensive course offerings that will provide you with the skills and certifications you need to succeed in the industry! Starting with Fundamentals of Welding where you’ll learn the basics of Oxy-Fuel, MIG, Stick, and TIG welding, plus basic metallurgy, welding inspection, symbols, codes, and more! After that you’ll move onto an Intermediate in your choice of process where you’ll receive an official certification, making you job ready out of the gate!
