This past weekend, Earlbeck Gases & Technologies had the honor of sponsoring the second annual Crusher Run, an event that brought together folks from all walks of life to Martin Marietta's Texas Quarry for two great causes! The participants and volunteers made this event a resounding success, raising $30,000 for two incredible charities: Construction Angels, Inc. and the Baltimore Hunger Project.

Construction Angels provides crucial support to families of construction employees who have tragically lost their lives on the job, offering financial and other assistance during their most challenging times. While the Baltimore Hunger Project is dedicated to combating childhood hunger by providing food packages to food-insecure children and fostering awareness through community partnerships.

One of our favorite things about Fronius is that they are always striving for advancements in welding technology that benefit the end user. Whether it be the ability to fine tune settings for experienced welders or give a helping hand to novice ones, they are always optimizing based on user feedback.

The DynamicWire is a great example of this and represents a significant leap in TIG cold wire welding technology! This system intelligently adjusts the wire speed of the filler metal automatically to match the welding conditions, enhancing quality and efficiency with every weld. The  DynamicWire's capacity to adapt to varying conditions means that it not only improves weld quality but also makes the welding process more forgiving for those less familiar with the nuances of TIG welding.

KEY FEATURES

Picture
Ergonomic Design: Features a lightweight setup, minimizing physical strain.

Synergic Mode Operation: Integrates current and wire feed settings, allowing for a single parameter setup with automatic adjustments.

Compensation for Tolerances: Capable of automatically compensating for component tolerances up to 30%!

Seamless Integration: Easily integrates with existing iWave systems through a quick software activation!
Automated Wire Speed Adjustment: Automatically adjusts wire speed based on welding conditions, ensuring optimal input without manual intervention!

Simplified Handling: Designed for ease of use, requiring minimal training for less experienced operators to achieve high-quality TIG welds.
Picture

Let's talk technical- at the core of DynamicWire's technology is the CWF 25i, a sophisticated TIG cold wire feeder that works in synergy with iWave systems!

This setup not only simplifies the welding process but also enhances control over the weld pool, leading to better welds. And the system's capability to automatically adjust to changing conditions, makes it a breeze to use!

Picture
Integrating DynamicWire into existing setups is designed to be straightforward. Existing Fronius iWave system users can activate the DynamicWire functionality with a simple software update, avoiding the need for extensive new equipment. This ease of upgrade is not to be understated- you don't need to buy all new equipment to be able to get the benefits of this new tech. Easy upgrade transitions like this ensure that your businesses can stay up-to-date with the latest in welding technology without significant downtime or investment!

Book Your Demo today!

We truly believe this system is a worthy upgrade for any welding professional looking to enhance their capabilities. If you're curious as to how this system offers an unmatched level of precision, ease, and efficiency in TIG welding, look no further than a live demonstration!

We were thrilled to be featured in a recent Fox43 segment, "Tyler Tries It: Being a Welder”, where reporter Tyler Hatfield stopped by our Technical Center in York, PA to dive headfirst into the intricate world of welding! As advocates for the welding trade and educators in the craft, we were happy to share our passion and knowledge with Tyler and the community through Fox43’s lens.
Picture
The focus of Tyler's visit was to delve into a trade that, while often operating behind the scenes, plays a vital role in shaping the infrastructure and technology surrounding us. With the American Welding Society projecting a shortage of around 360,000 welders by 2027, now is the time to highlight the pressing need for skilled professionals in the field.

Tyler learned about the various welding processes we teach here at Earlbeck and then under the watchful eye of our PA Regional Sales Manager, John Ciurlino, he suited up with proper PPE and was able to try his hand at performing a fillet weld!
This hands-on attempt underscores a powerful message: with practice and determination, anyone can spark a career in welding. We find that individuals with a strong work ethic, who are visual learners, and seek a career outside the confines of a traditional office, make great candidates for a rewarding and fulfilling career in welding! It’s a profession for those who desire to build and create, to see tangible results from their efforts, and to take pride in their workmanship.

We thank Fox43 News for the unique opportunity to spotlight the coming critical need for welders in south-central PA and across the country. We are passionate about educating the next generation of welders, offering them the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to pursue a career in this essential and rewarding field.
