In the fast-paced world of industrial manufacturing, efficiency and precision are paramount! Meet the HG-30 Series Gantry Cutting Machine and the PG-14 Series Gantry Cutting Machines from ALLtra– two powerful solutions that are revolutionizing the way businesses approach cutting processes.

These industrial cutting machines, designed with heavy duty manufacturing in mind, offer versatility with cutting widths ranging from 4 feet to an impressive 30 feet! The HG-30, with configurations for oxy-fuel and plasma bevel stations, and the PG-14, meticulously built to the same standards as larger counterparts, go beyond mere cutting. They show a commitment to enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and providing comprehensive solutions for businesses aiming to stay ahead in this competitive landscape. Let’s explore how these cutting-edge machines can help you with faster operations and significant savings.

The PG-14 Series Gantry Cutting Machine offers an perfect solution for a diverse range of cutting widths and lengths. Sometimes smaller gantries designed for lighter workloads are constructed using less durable, lighter materials and cheaper quality components, but the 4’ wide PG-14 from ALLtra doesn't skimp. This series is constructed to the same high standards as all of their larger machines, crafted with a 1/2" thick reinforced carbon steel beam machined to precise tolerances in-house at ALLtra, you’ll get the kind of quality you really only see in the premium and more costly options from competitors!

The comprehensive system features covered linear ways, gantry heat and splatter shield, custom CNC and power-track positions. ALLtra's commitment to excelling doesn’t stop at what these machines are made of and capable of, but also extends to what’s inside! With innovative technology like ALLtra CNC, you’ll get a user-friendly interface with exceptional power. ALLtra’s software and hardware engineers enhance cutting processes for precise tool positioning and faster algorithms, resulting in superior part quality and increased throughput.
