Traditional CNC cutting has always meant high costs and bulky machines tied to the shop floor. The CN-Seamless Mach 1 changes that. This portable CNC cutting system delivers high-precision plasma and oxyfuel cutting anywhere you need by mounting to the workpiece with an electromagnetic clamp. Built for rugged field use and controlled via an intuitive tablet interface, the Mach 1 combines the performance of a full-size CNC table with the flexibility and convenience of on-site operation.

This is an excellent tool for construction, manufacturing, military, aerospace, mining, shipbuilding, industrial maintenance, and more! Whether you need to make complex cuts in the field or want an affordable workshop alternative to traditional bulky CNC table setups, the Mach 1 delivers power, accuracy, and portability - all in a compact 25-lb package!
CN-Seamless Mach 1- What Does the Mach 1 Do?
With attachments for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, users have the flexibility to work with a variety of different materials and thicknesses. Lightweight and easy to set up, it can be mounted directly onto the workpiece via a 350 lb electromagnetic clamp.
Controlled with a sturdy tablet with CN-Seamless easy-to-use software, the Mach 1 is built for tough environments, ensuring smooth operation even in demanding industrial settings.
The WiFi-based remote operation allows you to monitor and control your cutting from up to 150 feet away! Plus, with lifetime software updates and a 5-year warranty, the Mach 1 is an investment that continues to improve over time!

Plasma Cut Cross Section Difference- CN-Seamless Mach 1
CN-Seamless Mach 1- How Does It Work?
The Mach 1 simplifies CNC cutting through an intuitive four-step process. First, users can import DXF files or create designs directly within the built-in CAD package, with the ability to trace or modify parts on the fly. Second, the operator positions the torch precisely by moving it to the desired starting point, then securing the machine to the material using the built-in electromagnetic clamp or optional pipe and suction mounts.
Third, simply select the material type and thickness, and the software automatically adjusts the cutting parameters for you. Fourth, initiate the cut- the torch will move to the pierce point and start cutting. Throughout the process, users can pause the operation, tweak feed rates, or recover cuts in the event of a torch interruption, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum control.

While the CN-Seamless Mach 1 is truly intuitive, with a very user friendly operating system, you don't have to stress if you can't figure out a setting or feature! Their team will take you through it all step by step with their comprehensive series of videos on YouTube.

These videos cover set-up, software updates, Point-to-Point design, loading files, using templates, drawing parts, configuring material and torch settings, setting cut parameters, running the machine, adjusting mid-cut, and so much more!

CN-Seamless recently stopped by our locations to give us a live demonstration of the Mach 1's capabilities and we were blown away by the quick set-up and easy use. If you don’t have the space or need CNC cutting on the go, this is the perfect solution.
