Their threaded version provides a reliable reference point, allowing you to maintain a consistent gap between the two pieces being joined. Made with double lead threads for faster and more secure set-up. They are versatile and come in various sizes for flanges with holes from 1/2" to 3". There’s even an extension included on the larger size to accommodate flanges up to 9″ thick! Crafted from hardened steel, these pins are built to withstand the rigors of daily work. And the built in levels are easily replaceable if broken, so they are a long-term investment that pays off!

Just place in flange holes and the nuts and pins bond together immediately with magnetic speed! The magnetic pins come in various sizes and will self-align on holes ranging from 5/16″ to 1-15/16 diameter and will work on flanges from 7/16″ to 2-3/4″ thick. (Extensions available to reach up to 3-1/2″ thick flanges)

We can not stress it enough, but achieving perfect alignment is crucial, and the Magnetic Flange Aligner from Flange Wizard is a game-changer. This tool utilizes strong magnets (off/on 90lb holding power) to securely hold flanges in place during setup, eliminating the need for additional clamps or hands. Thickness of the flange is no longer an issue- the aligner fits all flanges with holes from 1/2″ to 2″ in diameter with a maximum of 9-1/2″ center to center hole spread. Equipped with a with a horizontal and vertical level, you can streamline the fit-up. The two hole aligners are heavy duty magnets making it quick to connect and disconnect after tac welding the aligned flange. The result? You’ve saved labor on the fit-up process with faster and more efficient alignment!
