Hypertherm’s revolutionary single piece cartridge design is changing the game! Easily replace your current 5-piece consumable stack-up with just one single cartridge and change the way you gouge and cut metal forever. Select your cartridge and with a simple twist onto the torch you’re ready to go.

Hypertherm has 4 available cartridges so there’s an option for any job. The drag cutting cartridge allows you to cut through thin metals with ease. The fine feature cartridge helps you achieve thin kerfs with minimal dross. The flush cutting cartridge allows for close cuts to base material for lugs and other attachments. And lastly, the gouging cartridge is for removing metal and achieving desired gouge profiles.
The cartridge system comes standard with all Powermax SYNC systems but even if you have a previous generation machine such as the Powermax45 XP or the Powermax65/85/105, you can still take advantage of this easy system by using their separate cartridge adapter.

Simplify consumable ordering, inventory, and installation in one go!

You'll find out quickly that there are tons of benefits to using Hypertherm’s cartridges. Because there are fewer consumable parts to both manage and replace, you are able to save time and money by reducing operator training and troubleshooting time! Each cartridges is clearly color coded by application as well as laser marked allowing you to quickly identify process and amperage. The cartridges are designed specifically to maximize performance and output for life gains when handheld cutting and optimal cut quality for mechanized cutting. If used with SmartSYNC torches and a Powermax SYNC system, user data can be collected to improve cutting operations and identify opportunities for operator training.  An added bonus is that the cartridge consumables are 85% metal by weight so its easy to recycle them using normal scrapping process.

Free Cartridge promotion October 15, 2022 - August 31, 2023
