Since its inception, WEDnetPA has helped an impressive 23,000 companies and trained more than 1.3 million workers across the state! The program is administered through a partnership of community colleges, state universities, and other educational providers throughout Pennsylvania, ensuring businesses have access to high-quality training.

With a maximum of $2,000 available per employee and up to $100,000 per company, this program can reduce the financial burden of upskilling your workforce.

WEDnetPA's broad range of eligible training topics allows businesses to tailor their training programs to meet specific operational needs and goals. The full list of training topics that fit the program is available on WEDnetPA's website, but they range from business or computer operations and manufacturing tech, to software implementation and manufacturing fundamentals- like welding!
