What to Bring for your Welder Training at Earlbeck

We would like your training experience to be as pleasant as possible. This guide seeks to provide you with valuable information so you are ready for your first day of class.

​When you arrive, please go to Technical Center entrance. It is the first driveway to our building.

Fundamentals of Welding

Required Equipment: Each student must wear work boots, jeans or heavy work pants, and a long sleeve flame retardant shirt. You will be provided with student workbooks and a starter kit of welding safety equipment (including an auto-darkening welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses and a welding jacket) which is yours to keep.

Intermediate and Advanced Classes

Required Equipment: Each student must wear work boots, jeans or heavy work pants, and a long sleeve flame retardant shirt. Please also bring your welding workbooks, and welding gear that were provided in your Fundamentals course. This includes welding helmet, gloves, welding jacket, and safety glasses.
