“I just wanted to take a few minutes and pass on some comments pertaining to Earlbeck. Since becoming Facilities Manager 5 years ago, I’ve see both sides of service. Some companies talk the talk, but when it comes down to it, they don’t follow through. The same cannot be said about Earlbeck. From my first few months of dealing with Joe Vincent to the transition to Brant and most recently dealing a lot with Wilbur, (laser gases) I have been treated with absolute top notch service. Between Brant and Wilbur, they pretty much have handled our laser gas situation and made it much easier for me to deal with. To be blunt, they are what made it happen for us. Bill Herbert owns Quality Erectors and was working to grow his fabrication and erection company but was struggling to keep his labor force trained and his machines consistently running.
