Testimonials

It's nice to work with a company where we don't feel like just another name.
"I just wanted to take a minute to thank Earlbeck for the installation of our new liquid nitrogen tank.   Andy Glab and Jamie Weatherford went above and beyond in making the process a smooth one.   Their knowledge made it a comfortable transition. These gentlemen have always catered to our needs but really outdid themselves during this process.   We ran into some obstacles and some issues with the old pad and tank, to the weather not cooperating with us but they assured us the entire time they would work through those obstacles and did.   I just want to thank Earlbeck and your staff for the professionalism and superior job.    We look forward to continue our business relationship with you in the future.   It's nice to work with a company where we don't feel like just another name."
I feel that the service we have received from Earlbeck has been easily the best. No other vendor, regardless of size or field had treated us better than you have.
“I just wanted to take a few minutes and pass on some comments pertaining to Earlbeck. Since becoming Facilities Manager 5 years ago, I’ve see both sides of service. Some companies talk the talk, but when it comes down to it, they don’t follow through. The same cannot be said about Earlbeck. From my first few months of dealing with Joe Vincent to the transition to Brant and most recently dealing a lot with Wilbur, (laser gases) I have been treated with absolute top notch service. Between Brant and Wilbur, they pretty much have handled our laser gas situation and made it much easier for me to deal with. To be blunt, they are what made it happen for us.
Over the last 4 years or so I have developed a great relationship with Brant. He has always gone the extra mile for us. I know in sales that’s how it’s supposed to be, but it should not go unnoticed. Like I said, many people talk it, Brant has done it. Recently, the same can be said for Wilbur. He has gone so far as to call me after hours to make sure I got my gas order in. Several times, if not for him calling, I would have not placed the order which would have resulted in the laser being down. I simply cannot put into words how impressive the service Earlbeck has provided us has been.
To be 100% honest, I feel that the service we have received from Earlbeck has been easily the best. No other vendor, regardless of size or field had treated us better than you have. I truly appreciate it and look forward to our new Facilities Manager, benefitting from the same service."

"I recently opened Colonial Metalcrafts, a small fabrication shop, in Catonsville. I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service I have received from the staff at Earlbeck. My local rep is Brant Hancock and he is, in my opinion, one of the best sales reps I have ever worked with in any business. A lot of sales reps say they care and can talk a good story, but I can tell that Brant genuinely cares about me and my business. Mr. Hancock aside, all of the staff at Earlbeck are friendly and very willing to go out of their way to help even a small customer like myself. Good customer service is more than just answering a phone and filling an order; it's about developing a relationship with a customer first and foremost. Earlbeck's has not forgotten this and has won a loyal customer in me."

I see no other welding supplier in the Baltimore region that has a greater knowledge of the complex welding discipline than Earlbeck.
“I have known Jim Earlbeck and Jerry Cramblett since I was 19 years old as a board member of the American Welding Society of Maryland. Ever since I had first met them, they have always impressed me with their knowledge and mastery of the science of welding.
For that reason, after I made the career move to incorporate my own welding business in 1994, I turned to Earlbeck Corporation for not only my welding consumables but, more importantly, weld certifications and procedures. I see no other welding supplier in the Baltimore region that has a greater knowledge of the complex welding discipline than Earlbeck. Having the resources of both Jim Earlbeck and Jerry Cramblett just an email away has always given me the business confidence to accept what the industry sends my way.
Earlbeck provides quality products, exceptional service and disciplined knowledge in the welding market. Our fifteen years as business partners, through the good economic times and bad ones, is testimony to our commitment to a successful vendor/customer relationship.“

Christopher “Eric“ Bouchat

“After taking a welding course at a community college, I was not impressed. I recently completed several welding courses at the Earlbeck Technical Center and what a difference! The classes were properly structured and the equipment was of the latest technology.  This, combined with the professional instruction, made the experience well worth it.”

“I would like to personally thank your team for supporting our organization during the certification process for the State of Maryland. Partnering with Earlbeck, not only provides technical guidance and training, but added additional credibility by being associated with a well respected and accredited organization doing business with the State of Maryland.
I really appreciate the professionalism and commitment that Jesse Mayne devoted to assisting us with the quality control manual.  I realize that it would have been very difficult to put together without his invaluable input.”
John Grundey

“Just wanted to pass on a good word about the performance of one of your employees.  Rich Hage has really helped us to be successful with our welding operations.  He has always provided timely quotes, delivery of items and his welding experience helped us to get our Flux-cored welding operations going strong.
We are engaged in critical projects with scheduling constraints for the defense of our country and finding dedicated, reliable resources is not easy.  Earlbeck has been an integral part of our team effort.”
Chris Baugher CWI

“Just letting you know the training I received at your facility was first rate.  Don Hodges, my instructor, was very encouraging and understanding of my needs.  I really enjoyed the hands on training.  I will return for more training and certainly recommend your classes to others.”
Chris Watkins

Earlbeck has always been there to help us with everything from supplies to simple questions. That’s what stands stands out in my mind about Earlbeck service.
“In our business, service and support is vital to our welding department.  Earlbeck has always been there to help us with everything from supplies to simple questions. That’s what stands stands out in my mind about Earlbeck “service.”  Thanks for all of your help.”
Jason Kauffman

“Dear Mr. Earlbeck,
I recently contacted Joe Vincent by phone after a piece of welding equipment would not operate properly.  When our efforts over the phone to trouble shoot the problem failed, Mr. Vincent put me in contact with Ernie Fisher in the service department.  Mr. Fisher then took the time to fit me into his busy schedule and get my equipment repaired.
Since my shop is on the eastern shore of Maryland, stopping work and bringing equipment to Baltimore to get repaired is a major undertaking for a small shop like mine.
I would like to express my thanks for the professionalism that they displayed and effort put forth by them to get me repaired and back to work as quick as possible.”
Philip P. Nolan

“We are writing to thank Earlbeck Gases & Technologies for the invaluable welding expertise and service at a very critical time in our project.  Your cooperation in helping Corman Construction meet an extreme deadline was above and beyond our expectations and we thank you for your efforts in assisting us to make our Summit Bridge project a success.”
