The Earlbeck Technical Center has been supporting welding training for nearly 30 years, with more than 3,000 students completing programs delivered through our educational partnerships in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
We offer hands-on training designed to build practical welding skills and help address the industry’s workforce needs. Our curriculum supports students as they prepare for further training, certification testing, or entry-level opportunities, depending on their readiness and performance. Students train with AWS-credentialed instructors (CWIs and CWEs) using modern, regularly updated equipment. Ongoing guidance is available throughout training, and students who wish to pursue AWS welder qualification tests may do so based on readiness, as certification is awarded only upon successful completion of required testing.
