WELDING MACHINE REPAIR

Earlbeck provides expert service on all industrial metal working equipment - we service and repair everything that we sell. This service is complimented by our staff of factory trained and certified technicians. In-house service as well as on-site service is available.

While we service all brands of equipment, we are an authorized warranty repair center for Miller, Hobart, ESAB, Lincoln welding and plasma equipment, Magnatech Oribital Welding Systems and Hypertherm Plasma Cutting equipment.

WELDING MACHINE SERVICE & REPAIR RATES:

Shop Service Rate: $130 per hour
+ Initial Diagnosis Fee: $130
*Due upon drop off*

Machine Pick-up /
Drop-off via Earlbeck Truck: $50

Road Service Rate: $149 per hour
*Most on-site repairs require two trips*

Labor Automation: $174 per hour

Machine Calibration: $155 per machine
Dynasty or Maxstar Calibration: $213 per machine
Lincoln STT Calibration: $245 per machine

Pennsylvania:
All welding courses offered in Pennsylvania are Johnson College Continuing Education programs delivered at Earlbeck’s York, PA facility under Johnson College’s licensure and academic oversight. Johnson College manages registration, tuition, refunds, and student records for Pennsylvania programs.

Maryland:
In Maryland, welding classes are offered to the public through Earlbeck’s instructional partnerships with Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) and Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). These programs are administered through the respective colleges, which oversee enrollment, academic standards, and student records.

Intermediate and Advanced welding classes offered through our college partnerships include certification testing as part of the course. Students must pass all required tests in accordance with AWS and ASME code standards to earn welder certification.
