Get more done in a fraction of the time with higher deposition rates. With single pass welds, you can achieve the same size and length weld with faster travel speeds. For multiple pass welds, you can make less passes and travel faster to make the same size/length weld compared to single wire processes. Hyperfill is also less prone to undercut and other internal discontinuities due to the wider arc cone which provides a more robust weld penetration profile.
